  • SURVEYS

A number of surveys are used to ensure that graduates achieve the outcomes of the industrial engineering program.

Faculty Surveys: They provide an evaluation of a course from the instructor's point of view. The instructor of each course is asked to rate on a scale of 0 to 5 the degree to which the course contributes to the 19 program outcomes.

Student Surveys: At the last week of each semester, students are asked to fill the same form. This facilitates the comparison of students' views regarding a particular course to that of the instructors, in terms of program outcomes.

Alumni Surveys: Each year selected alumni are asked to fill a similar form. This facilitates an important feedback regarding alumni views on the overall BU/IE academic program.
