1) Internal and external transfer applications made to the Bogazici University Department of Industrial Engineering is compiled by the Transfer Advisor and presented to the Acceptance Committee for evaluation, and finalized by the Academic Board of the Department.

2) Transfer quotas and minimum application conditions, suggested by the Acceptance Committee, are made certain by the Academic Board of the Department and announced on the dates given by the academic calender. Applications are made to the Registrar's Office on the dates given on the academic calender.

3) In addition to the minimum conditions determined by the Acceptance Committee, the applications are sought to conform to the relevant regulations.

4) Currently,

a) No transfers are accepted for the spring semester. Fall semester quotas:
internal transfers: 3,
external transfers: 3.
b) Minimum GPA requirement:
for internal transfers: 3.25/4.00,
for external transfers: 3.35/4.00 (or 80/100).
c) Students with a high school degree obtained in Turkey must have an OSS SAY-2 raw score greater than or equal to the base score of some department in Bogazici University which enrolls students based on the SAY-2 score.
Students who has high school degrees from countries other than Turkey must present their SAT scores. Mathematics section score must be within top 1%.

5) The quota and minimum application conditions given in Article (4) are subject to change by the Acceptance Committee after being approved by the Academic Board of the Department.
